Aircraft Assembly

When you purchase your Challenger aircraft from Diamond Lakes Aviation, we will assemble it FREE OF CHARGE!

That's right, we will construct the aircraft and install the equipment and accessories, including all basic factory airframe upgrades, at no cost to you. We also will install free any other components you purchase from us with your initial order -- that includes the Rotax engine package, propeller, BRS chute, EIS, instruments, etc.

Once the craft is assembled, our personnel will then conduct engine break-in procedures and test flights to verify that the aircraft and its components are functioning properly and within acceptable standards before you take possession of it.

Once you're aircraft is assembled, Diamond Lakes Aviation can deliver the aircraft to you for a reasonable fee!
